About The Audition Workout:
This class that alternates weekly between craft work (with Jeremy) and self-tape review + live adjustments (with Christy).
Two approaches, one outcome: stronger, clearer auditions.
Why This Class Works:
Most classes focus on either your craft or your self-tape technique. This one focuses on both so the work stays honest and specific.
You will get clear, direct feedback from two casting directors and coaches who understand the audition process from both sides.
HOW IT WORKS
What happens each week

Weeks With Jeremy:
Craft + Live Reads
Work across genres: drama, comedy, procedural, fantasy, action, and monologues.
You’ll focus on:
• grounded script analysis
• trusting instinct over guessing
• identifying roadblocks
• working from truth vs habits

Weeks With Christy:
Self-Tapes + Live Adjustments
Receive personalized sides, self-tape ahead of class, then review playback on Zoom.
You’ll work on:
• what’s reading clearly & what isn’t
• shifts, intention, and clarity
• behavior and specificity
• reworking adjustments live in class

Will I work every week?
Yes. Everyone works each week. Class size is capped at 10 to make sure everyone gets individual attention.

Actors who want consistent, focused practice with self-tapes and virtual auditions.
Who teaches the class?
The class is co-taught by LA casting director Jeremy O'Keefe and Atlanta casting director Christy Faison.
What is the format?
Each week alternates between craft work and self-tape coaching.
