You prepare your scene, make your choices, and submit your self-tape. But what happens when you have the opportunity to revisit that work with another perspective?

I've watched thousands of self-tapes over the years as a casting director. I've seen performances that immediately draw me in, interesting choices that don't quite land, and moments when an actor is onto something but hasn't fully explored it.

In The Audition Workout, you'll submit a self-tape before each class. We'll watch each tape together and look at how your choices are coming across on camera. I'll share what I'm seeing from a casting director's perspective, and we'll talk about how even small adjustments can change the way a scene plays.

From there, you'll work the scene again, live on Zoom, with individual direction and adjustments. You'll have the opportunity to apply the feedback immediately and experience how a different approach can change the performance.
