Series regular work is a mindset. It's not about polish. Not about perfection. It's about presence, specificity, and showing up fully in the work.
- Christy Faison
Some roles ask more of you. This class is for when that happens.

I've cast pilots for network and cable and been in the room when the actor who books walks in and makes it clear — without pushing, without proving. I'll help you bring that same clarity and ease to your work, especially when the stakes are high.

The material puts you at the center of the story and asks you to carry it — emotionally, technically, and instinctively. You'll get honest, specific feedback and the space to push beyond what feels safe or expected.

We'll strip away what's getting in your way and strengthen what's already working. Because you don't need to prove you're good enough. You need to trust that you already are. And audition like it.
ABOUT THE CLASS
What you'll
walk away
with.
This isn't a polish class. It's a presence class. We work on the thing underneath the technique — the part that makes a casting director stop and pay attention.
01
HONEST, SPECIFIC FEEDBACK

Not general notes. Feedback calibrated to you — where you're holding back and what's already landing.

03
A CASTING DIRECTOR'S PERSPECTIVE

I've been in the room. You'll work with someone who knows exactly what reads and what doesn't at this level.

02
SERIES REGULAR-LEVEL MATERIAL

Scenes that demand you carry the story. The kind of material that exposes what you're made of — in the best way.

04
PERMISSION TO GO FURTHER

A space that pushes past safe choices and expected instincts — where bolder work gets rewarded.

She Understands the Actor and the Role
"I've known Christy for years and continue to learn from her. Her casting resume is extensive and impressive, and it shows in her notes — she always keeps the character in mind while tailoring her feedback to the individual actor. I encourage all actors to learn from her, as I do."
