I’m a casting director and acting coach with more than 20 years of experience in film and television. My work includes The Newsroom, SEAL Team, Ash vs Evil Dead, and Stargate Origins, and I’m currently a partner in Drummer + Faison + Gayle Casting alongside casting directors Rhavynn Drummer and Tiandra Gayle.

I started teaching because I kept seeing talented actors second-guess themselves in the audition room. My classes and coaching are built around helping actors make stronger choices, trust their instincts, and bring more of themselves to the work.
